Private Mentorship & Discovery Sessions

Service Description

These sessions take on a multitude of reflections depending on what’s needed for the moment. I prefer to connect with folx for 4 sessions or more so we can deepen the work together. Sometimes these are ongoing spiritual mentorships or yoga/shamanic mentorships. Sometimes there’s a wanting to deepen a particular skill of holding sacred space, meditation, journey work, yoga practices, teachers deepening their personal practice or teaching, people needing a guide on the side to help check blind spots. These sessions are generally more process work (rather than informational type mentorship). If we’ve worked together before in a workshop or over the years and you just want to pop-in for reflections and help processing, a drop-in here and there is totally fine.
