Yoga Nidra is a sacred rest practice and a quantum practice. It is both a technique and a state of being. Yoga Nidra is a Goddess and a quiet and luminous power.
It’s a consciousness practice that rests on the roots of ancient techniques that guide us to a spaciousness of being and what is alive and in presence now.
With skill, this practice can be a pathway to accessing infinite potentiality for quantum healing, transformation, and manifestation.
And even with absolutely no experience, this practice initiates a beautiful time-tested progressive relaxation process that can greatly benefit anyone, from any walk of life.
It really is a win-win practice!
From a deeply rested and resourced space, we are our most creative, most authentic, most emotionally capable, most empowered.
For these 5 weeks together,
we'll clear our minds,
regulate our breaths (thus emotions and nervous systems)
move through several super lush and nourishing practices,
and even touch on the art and nuance of
opening to a strong sense of
affirmation, intention, and maybe even true Sankalpa.
We'll have short teachings about Yoga Nidra’s roots, it’s applications
(i.e. how we utilize Nidra Shakti), the unique style of power Yoga Nidra enlivens, and clarify how we can best integrate rest and ritual into our everyday schedules, even when calendars feel full, when we're traveling, or going through big emotional waves.

These 5 weeks will ask you for very little output, and encourage you to receive, receive, receive.

Preparations:
A simple space to lie down.
An undistracted space as much as possible. Sometimes this just means good headphones and closing a door.
You are welcome to keep your camera off if you like.
