Service Description

These sessions can be super potent access points to bound up, unprocessed energy. They are a guided journey into the physical, energy, and/or emotional bodies to recognize, feel, and process shadow material and stabilize in light. If one is unsure of what or where the blockages are, we often used the medicine wheel as an overlay to help us discover the layers of shadow within the elements. Sometimes we follow a known shadow or wounding line as far as we can take it (always dependent on where each person is in their process), we pause, experience, do healing work there, and root ourself in authentic empowerment. These sessions are very engaged. My work is to hold the ceremonial container, watch, ask questions, be a safety guide on the side into the shadows and then help you source your own unique medicine. Your work is to be open to exploring, to sit with discomfort, to receive higher guidance from your Self, to integrate, and emerge with tools sourced from your original essence. For the most effective sessions, I really recommend having 30 minutes or more of quiet time beforehand and 30 minutes of integration time afterward. These sessions can be a string of sessions when you’re in a life season of deep personal work or they can be sporadic drop-ins, when a little extra clarity and held and guided space would be helpful. I find that at least a couple sessions to start are what’s needed to get some momentum in the healing and/or forward motion process (especially if we are new to eachother). If we’ve been connecting in some way or other over the years, feel free to drop-in as needed.
