Inner Preparations & Resourcing Gathering

As we wander into (or are catapulting into) 2024, my greatest hope for you and me and all is to feel steady, well resourced and joyful. 

Lately, I’ve been sitting in stillness, looking inward, saturating myself in prayer and meditation.

This time of year is potent for me.

I feel lucky for this alignment (as an adult at least!):

From winter solstice, a holiday time where many in my communities take pause, my birthday, new year’s eve, new year’s day, and an opening into a collective calendar rhythm that begins a fresh wave of relating to Life.

Each year over these 21-ish days, I sit for hours and days and just listen in.
