Tea Ceremony & Meditation | Forest Constellation | Earthen Body Yoga Nidra

We’ll start with a ritual practice of slowing waaaayy down, presencing ourselves into stillness and sensory experiencing of a beautiful pu’ erh tea (an herbal infusion will also be available).

Every element, every sip; a tiny wave, amplifiying of the quiet spaciousness of being.

We’ll then move into a super special nature constellation, which rests on the practice of family constellation—a practice of exploring, sensing, and feeling the unseen dynamics in relationship.

In this process, we are gifted with an opportunity to enter into forest heart-mind-consciousness relating to human heart-mind-consciousness, held inside a prayer of returning to the right relationship with nature.

After we’ve heard and felt the song of the forest, we’ll meander into a nectar sweet yoga nidra process.

Yoga Nidra is a sacred rest practice AND a consciousness practice.
