Welcome to
The Altar Online
A Four-Month Container of Inspired Practices to Rest, Heal, Grow, and Enliven.
Held at The Altar Online;
one single place with varied practices,
that you can return as often as you like.
Hi! I'm super delighted to share this new container with you!
In the spaces of the online world, many of which I love and am a part of, what I have really craved is to see the whole calendar laid out before me.
The entirety of the schedule.
So I can then plant it into my own calendar rhythm and allow my system to rest in the knowing that a multitude of ways of connecting, practicing, and processing are available to me in one space and place;
an online Altar, that is consistently being recharged and well lit by community, that I can come to live when I can,
and catch recordings of several styles of practice, short and long, if I'm craving something specific.
The way The Altar Online came through was as a nourishing of this longing;
a space that no matter where we are on this beautiful planet,
that we could come together in linear time or spiral time,
within our own home sanctuaries,
for multi-dimensional practices that honor the fullness of who we are.

This is not a course.
Yes, there will be learning, but there is no "missing out," no need to "catch up" no "falling behind."
This is a tune in, return to yourself, tune up the vessel, open to loving spaciousness sort of space.

Simply come,
sit at The Altar, exactly as you are,
exactly where you are.

I’d love for you to join me here.

What This Journey Holds
Inside The Altar Online (January-April 2026), you receive:
✨ Monthly 2-hour Ceremony & Ritual Circle
✨ Monthly Mantra & Bhakti Vinyasa Yoga
✨ Monthly Yoga Nidra & Intuitive Writing
✨ Weekly Tea Sit & Meditation Practice
✨ Free Winter Solstice Gathering (when registered by 12/20/25)
The Altar Online is a four-month container that weaves together ceremony, yoga, writing, meditation, tea ceremony, and ritual.
There is at least one offering per week, ranging from a longer monthly Ceremony and Ritual practice for deepening, a monthly Mantra & Slow Bhakti Vinyasa practice, a monthly Yoga Nidra/Collective Rest, Insight, & Writing gathering, and a weekly Meditation and Tea Sit practice to uplift our meditation skills and gently learn the very basics of the art of tea ceremony.

This isn't so much a program that tries to move you from my A to Z, but a seat at The Altar of Being, that invites personal revelatory processing that lands you exactly where you’re meant to be, for your life, at this time.

Each offering stands on its own, so if life pulls you away one week, you can step back in without feeling lost or behind. There will certainly be themes that arise in the collective that will be woven through the weeks, but you will never need to have one more thing to “catch up” on.
Here's what might begin to shift:
→ You stop trying to piece together spiritual practices from ten different places. Everything you need is here, held in one coherent rhythm, in the awakening of a ritual rhythm.

→ You get a full nervous system exhale. You know what's coming. You can plan. You can trust your presence at The Altar is welcome anytime, live or in the middle of the night, or when you're traversing time zones.

→ You start to feel the seasonal rhythms moving through you instead of past you.
Your practice becomes a living conversation with the cycles of body, energy, earth and elements through real time ritual honoring.

→ You feel more of a sense of togetherness. Community processing always amplifies the gifts for ourselves and for the whole.

Ceremony & Ritual Gatherings
Once a month, we gather for a two-hour Ceremony and Ritual process to honor the cycles of the seasons, the planets, elemental phases, and to work with what is moving through the collective in real time.
These gatherings hold us inside a sacred container and will likely include meditation, invocations, reflections, a shamanic drum journey, a ritual or sacred rest practice, and an opportunity to utilize what has been transformed or renewed by directing that energy as a compass for the coming cycle.
What happens here:
→ You get to slow down enough to actually feel and reflect on, the phase you're currently in, not just intellectually, but in your body, in your energy, your psychology, and then look at how to be in relationship to that current.
→ You move through ceremonial doorways to reconnect with parts of yourself that don't speak in words or practicalities, but in images, sensations, symbols, or direct knowing. And then you become more skillful in distilling the unique ways the Infinite reveals itself to you.

→ You leave with clarity and perhaps a bit more ease about what’s coming next. More supported, by your own remembrances, in walking through life with purpose and a inner steadiness about how to approach the coming cycle.

Mantra & Yoga Asana
A rhythmic Bhakti Vinyasa & Mantra class weaving in joyful movement, pranayama, and mantra. In this class, I'll share the mantra that we'll want to hold, which is to say the vibration we'll want to become more intimate with throughout the month.
This is a space of rhythmic devotion, breath awareness, and embodiment. We bring prayers alive through our bodies and voices, returning to body-mind coherence as we become The Altar.
What this gives you:
→ A mantra that will become a companion. Something you can return to in the car, in line at the store, in the middle of a challenging moment for real time evidence on the power of consistently returning our minds to the sacred.

→ You start to feel the vibration of sacred sound in your blood and your bones, even in silence and stillness. There’s an understanding that will begin to come through in a way that only regular and repetitive practice can provide.

→ Movement that feels like devotion and delight with just a bit of discipline.
Your practice becomes a beautiful conversational offering to Source and Self.

Yoga Nidra, Insight & Writing Practice
This is an invitation to settle the whole system, body softening, energy grounding, mind opening, and to deeply enhance intuitive and heart-field intelligence.
We close each session with a gentle reflective writing practice to translate the insights gathered in the spaciousness, so that we can integrate them with grace and clarity.
What might shift here:
→ You deepen in the trust that deep rest isn't lazy or unproductive, but it actually massively enhances our creativity, while nourishing all energy bodies—a total win win win practice.

→ Your intuition gets clearer and louder. So that coming home to yourself, daily, hourly, minute to minute becomes your way of Being.

→ The writing is a way of honoring the support you access in the Loving Spaciousness. It’s how you become your own laboratory of knowing, through tracking and recording what’s come to you.

→ In a system of glorifying external production, your nervous system repeatedly re-learns and retrains toward the real feeling of abundance.

Tea Sit & Meditation
Each week, we begin our practice in stillness and move into a beautiful opportunity to learn the basics of Tea Ceremony and to enrich our ritual practice of presence.
We'll share in quiet, simple, interactive meditation through tea, cultivating calm attention, sensory connection, and soft awareness.
These weekly tea sits offer a place to start the day grounded and connected, to bring reverence into ordinary moments. No fancy tea sets required.
Just you, your tea, and the longing for stillness and presence.
What becomes possible:
→ Friday mornings might just become something you look forward to as a soft landing to transition to the weekend.

→ You remember that meditation doesn’t always have to be difficult or austere. It can be warm, sensory, nourishing, and delightfully simple.

→ The ritual of tea starts spilling into other parts of your life. You might find yourself slowing down in transitions. You might notice more beauty in simplicity.

→ If you already love tea, you can build a meditation practice that feels sustainable because it's woven into something you already love.

The Full Journey -- Four Months
January – April 2026
This container is designed as a living practice--a rhythm that moves with you through the season of depth and unfoldment, in a way that is well held and supported.
You get the full calendar at the beginning.
You see the whole arc.
Your system can relax into the knowing that you don't have to search, piece together, or wonder what's coming next.
Each type of offering, whether monthly or weekly, will be on the same day/same time for continuity.
And because these are recorded and available, you can practice on your own time, if you have a specific craving.
If you miss a live session, it's there waiting for you.
If you want to revisit a ceremony or go deeper with a Yoga Nidra practice, or want to practice more Tea Ceremony & Meditation, you can practice every day if you like.
Again, this is not a course--it's a practice space.
So there's no getting behind, no need to catch up, no sense of urgency here.
Just a beautiful, spacious, welcome at The Altar.
This container is coming at a time where you’ll be invited to continue envisioning beauty into the present and future in a way that’s spacious and easeful, supportive and inspired.
I’d love for you to join the circle!
