I loved sharing this space with you all so much.  Another round is coming soon.  I'm just working out a few ever-changing scheduling details to find just the right pocket to share this special offering with you.  For those of you that joined for our last round, thank you so much.  Your presence was true soul food.

Reigniting a regular rhythm of holding and witnessing ourselves, all beings, and all of Life as a vessel for the sacred.

I’ll always weave in what’s in the present-moment-aliveness with whatever feels real and right: yogic philosophy, god-goddess presence, shadow tracking, yoga psychology, and intuitive development.

This is a little gathering of ourselves unto ourselves, and with eachother so our asana practice will be quite short and fairly simple. Our focus will be more on grounding into presence, love, and building the energetic empowerments to move through the coming days, weeks, and months with clarity and steadiness.

While I’d love for as many of us to be together at the same time as possible, I don’t want to deter you from taking The Sacred Pause if that timing doesn’t work for you.

Session will be recorded and sent to everyone within 24 hours (but you must be registered before class).  You're welcome to practice as many times as you like.  If practicing one class many times is the intention, please donate accordingly as you're able.

That said, I'm honored and delighted to be with you in the Field, so please don't let finances deter you.
