Heart Medicine Sessions These sessions are available in person only. They’re longer and more involved and will be back on the calendar when we can safely be together again in person. I look forward to that time. In a Heart Medicine Session, we move through the 4 energetic chambers of the heart to gather your unique gifts in each chamber. These are my absolute favorites, but take a lot of preparation, time, and sometimes another person, so I only do a handful of these appointments each month. These Heart Medicine Sessions are great for those who have done strong healing work and/or are making changes in life and having some difficulty accessing what really lights them up. We look deeply into the most essential, original qualities of the heart and utilize that as a map moving forward. These sessions may include, music, drumming, and energy work, talk and process work.
