The Altar Online | A Four-Month Container of Inspired Practices to Rest, Heal, Grow, and Enliven.

The Altar Online is a four-month container (January–April 2026) weaving ceremony, yoga, meditation, writing, and tea ritual into one coherent rhythm. This isn't a program trying to take you from my A to Z, but a seat at The Altar of Being, inviting personal revelatory processing that lands you exactly where you're meant to be, for your life, at this time.

Ceremony & Ritual Gatherings One Sunday per month, we gather for a two-hour process to honor the cycles of the seasons, the planets, and elemental phases. These gatherings will likely include meditation, invocations, a shamanic drum journey, and ritual or sacred rest practice. You leave with clarity about what's coming next, more supported in walking through life with purpose.

Mantra & Slow Bhakti Vinyasa Yoga One Wednesday per month, we weave joyful movement, pranayama, and mantra. This is a space of rhythmic devotion, breath awareness, and embodiment. We bring prayers alive through our bodies and voices, returning to body-mind coherence as the Altar.

Yoga Nidra, Insight & Writing Practice One Wednesday per month, we rest the nervous system and amplify our attunement to Awareness. We close each session with gentle reflective writing to translate the insights gathered in the spaciousness, so that we can integrate them with grace and clarity.

Weekly Tea Sit & Meditation Every Friday morning, we begin in stillness and move into a beautiful opportunity to learn the basics of Tea Ceremony. These weekly tea sits offer a place to start the day grounded and connected, to bring reverence into ordinary moments.

You'll receive the full calendar upfront. Each offering stands on its own, so if life pulls you away one week, you can step back in without feeling lost or behind. All sessions are recorded and available in one single place you can return to as often as you like.
